A few frequently asked questions… if you find that your questions has not been answered, please feel free to reach out to us

  • Our standard class sizes consist of 6 students per coach. The class sizes vary depending on the coaching program. It is important for our players to have a similar skill level and age across all of the players within a group.

  • Comfortable sports shoes, a hat, water bottle, and racquet. If you do not have a racquet, our coaches will be able to lend you one temporarily if you let us know.

  • We encourage students to start tennis with us from the age of 3.

  • We will do everything possible to run our programs as scheduled, however on occasion weather may force us to cancel. A text message will be sent out to players if their lesson is cancelled. If you do not receive a text tennis will still be on. The cancelation will be made at the coach’s discretion and the lesson will be rescheduled.

  • If you are unable to attend a lesson make sure to always let us know. A notice of cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to lesson and a make-up session will be rescheduled. If we do not receive notice the lesson will not be made up and the fees will be forfeited.

  • We do encourage each student to have their own racquet so they can practice in their own time. You can purchase a racquet through our online store. However if you do not have a racquet, our coaches will be able to lend you one temporarily if you let us know.

  • You can purchase a racquet and all other tennis equipment through our online store.
